Due to the limitations of the Quest version, some features of the avatar won't be available such as : Magic arrow, dissolve animations,... The Quest version purpose is mainly to allow other people to have an idea of what the avatar look like!

1. Do not redistribute the packages, files or assets to anyone under any circumstances. If you want to gift someone, you can use the "Give as a gift" button during checkout.
2. Do not upload the avatar to any other VRChat account except yours.
3. Do not upload the avatar publicly, only PRIVATE visibility.
4. Do not claim the avatar/asset as your own work.
5. Do not remove my signature from my menus/assets/avatars.
6. Do not reuse any parts of the avatar (Assets, textures,...), if you want to acquire a specific asset, read the "CREDITS" section for the links.
7. The avatars, assets you buy from me are not refundable.
8. You are ALLOWED to edit my avatars such as changing the hairs, head,... But you must keep crediting me as the creator.
9. You MUST provide the correct information at checkout (Discord tag + VRChat name), otherwise the personal/commercial license WON'T be linked to you and I won't be able to verify you.
10. Game updates that break the avatar/asset are not my responsibility. If something like that happens, notice me through my Discord server and I will try to fix it in due time!
11. Be aware that my assets/avatars may be deleted from my shop, so I recommend that after downloading, you keep the files somewhere safe.
12. If you wish to use the asset/avatar in a commercial way (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Vtuber,...), join my Discord server (Button above) and create a ticket so that we can discuss it.

A word from the creator...

Vary is my first avatar I created on VRChat, I have some experiences in 3D modelling, level design and other things but I took time to learn how everything works such as the avatar 3.0 system, optimizations, Unity system, etc...

When I look at other avatars, Vary is not what I call "sexualized", not that sexualized avatars is a problem but when I made Vary, I didn't had this intention in mind, I was more focus on "Who is she", "What is she", "What is her past?", for example one of her outfit is torn off and she have a wrist chain, it's in fact because some humans tried to capture her but she escaped.

During the creation of Vary, I had plenty of ideas that I could implement so I kept pushing back the "finalization" phase and I kept telling myself "OH! I know what I can do!" . 🤣 I also had a better badass idea for the arrows system but sadly the current technology of VRChat doesn't allow me to create that...
